What "refill warranty" actually means (and what it doesn't)
When a panel says “refill warranty,” it’s making one specific promise: if the engagement you bought drops within a set time, they put it back for free. That’s it — but it’s the single clearest signal of whether a service stands behind what it sells.
Why drop happens in the first place
No delivery stays at 100% forever. Some accounts behind followers or likes get removed by the platform, others go inactive, and the networks themselves periodically clean house. A small amount of fade is normal across every provider — anyone promising “zero drop, guaranteed forever” is overselling. The honest framing is: drop is expected, and a warranty is how a good panel handles it.
What the warranty covers
- A count that falls below what you ordered, inside the stated window.
- A free top-up back toward your original number — you don’t pay a second time.
What it doesn’t cover
- Drops after the window ends. A 30-day warranty covers day 1–30, not day 45. Check the window on each service before you buy.
- You deleting or privating the target. If the post or profile is removed or set private, the delivery can’t be maintained — refill needs a live, public target.
- Growth beyond your order. Warranty restores what dropped; it doesn’t add extra.
How to actually use it
- Check the window shown on the service (e.g. 30 days) before ordering — that’s your coverage.
- Keep the target public for at least that period.
- If you see the count slip below your order inside the window, submit a refill request for that order. No extra charge.
This is what “trusted” means in practice. Anyone can sell a cheap one-time dump that melts in a week. A refill warranty is the panel saying: if it drops, that’s on us, not you.

How do I claim a refill?
Note the order, and when you see the count drop below what you ordered (within the warranty window), submit a refill request for that order. You don't pay again — it tops the count back up.
Does the warranty last forever?
No. Each service states its own window — for example 30 days. Drops inside that window are covered; after it expires, they aren't. Always check the window shown on the service before ordering.
Why do followers drop at all?
Across the whole industry, a fraction of accounts get removed or go inactive over time — platforms clean up too. A small amount of drop is normal everywhere; the warranty is what makes it not your problem.
